As luck would have it, we are unscathed by the tornadoes that caused major devastation not ten miles from our home in the wee hours last night buuuuut our computer has, coincidentally, been having some problems so that I cannot post any pictures right now on my blog.
Rather than bore you all with my ramblings about the fabulous food we've been enjoying the last few days, I hope to get the main computer up and running soon so that I might post in the usual manner...with pictures!
So much love to all of those who were affected by last night's storm. We feel so very lucky to have escaped mother nature's wrath as the wind howled violently, the lightning struck repeatedly, and homes and lives were lost in her path. It has been a surreal day for us, to see the remnants of homes and businesses so very close to our own.

Wow... I'm glad you are okay. I will be remembering those who were affected.
Dear DGMGV,
I'm glad to hear that you are okay, but so sorry for all the devestation in your community. My boyfriend's family is in Vero Beach, so we were watching it closely. Good luck to your community!
Wow, I'm so glad you were unscathed by the wild weather and I hope if it continues you remain out of harms way.

Take care!

I'm glad you are okay and hope you are back blogging soon. I just wanted to tell you that I made your Green Goddess Potatoes and they are fantastic! I love them! And I will be making them a lot in the future...until my hubby gets sick of them (if that’s possible!!).
Glad you are okay! Hurry back - we're thinking of you!
