I've been enjoying my entirely too fattening Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing by way of these
Vegan Buffalo Sammiches! Basically, I just rehydrate some Soy Curls (now also found here), lightly coat with flour and saute til golden brown, take off the heat, add some wing sauce, stir, and pile on a wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and Blue Cheese. I seriously cannot get enough of these.

That looks seriously amazing. I love making vegan junk food sometimes. I'll have to try that.
Although I'm not a bleu cheese fan, I know people go crazy for buffalo things. Great idea!
That looks soooo good. I'll have to try that sometime.
Can I come for dinner?
Oh yum, that looks sooo good. We've been indulging in the beer-battered seitan from Yellow Rose Recipes as our vegan comfort food lately (my husband says it reminds him of chicken-fried steak, which I've never had - ew - but either way, it's damn tasty).
Those soy curls are so great!
Ooooooh, I gotta try your Soy Curls in flour with sauce idea!!
With the pickle!
I just tried soy curls last night for the first time, thanks to all your yummy posts about them!! I drowned mine in bbq sauce and they were awesome. On a bun would have been even better!
That is a fantastic looking meal! I myself have never cared for blue cheese anything, but your soy curls look amazing. Me I am, well was, a ranch dressing kinda girl. I have yet to find a ranch dressing either store bought or homemade that do my memory justice. lol Brandie took your baby counter idea and put it on her blog. You and Brandie are only about a month apart in your pregnancies.
That sounds so good.
Oh. Man. That sandwich looks amazing. I am a big buffalo flavor fan.
By the way, congrats on the baby on the way!!! How exciting!
Thanks for yet another excellent soy curl idea. I find I forget about them a lot until I read your blog! I usually just use them in stir fries but they are really so versatile, aren't they? Thanks!
Oh yum, I'm a soy curl fan as well and am inspired!
I also just bought a block of scheese, so maybe some saucing is in the works (though I got strong, I have tried the realistic tasting blue, whoa)
okay, so I finally broke down and bought some soy curls when I was ordering vitamins from veganessentials the other day, thanks to hearing about them on the food blogs. Now I'm going to have to order the blue cheese sheeze too, because I loooooooooooved blue cheese dressing in my pre-vegan days. It was my favorite thing to put on falafels, salads, and anything that could use some dressing. I was doing so well without it until you posted that recipe...
I want to try this!!!!
